Donna-Lee’s career began in 1981 when she entered an apprenticeship in hairstyling. In 1986, together with her mom (Mary), she opened Rainbow Expressions, now a trusted hair salon in Oakville ON, and built it into the success it is today.
Each year, she attends the Redken Symposium for beauty professionals, gaining advanced knowledge in hair colour, haircuts, and modern styling techniques. Sessions led by top Redken artists have helped Donna-Lee refine her expertise in hair colouring, design, and technique. She also regularly brings in industry leaders to train her team of hair stylists in Oakville ON on the latest trends and innovations.
As owner of the salon, it has been an incredible journey meeting so many wonderful clients and working alongside a talented team of professional stylists.
During this time, we continue to prioritize client care, cleanliness, and high standards while staying connected with our community through social media.
